At Ankishop.in, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in packaging and quality checks. However, if you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery

  • The product received is different from what was ordered

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as size issues, color preference, or change of mind.

Return Window

  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for return.

Condition of Product

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact

  • The item must not show signs of wear or alteration

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ankishop.in

  2. Share your order number, along with clear photos or videos showing the damage or incorrect item

  3. Our team will review the request and guide you through the return process

Return Approval & Pickup

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to send the product back

  • Approval is subject to verification of the issue

Refund Process

  • After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during sales, offers, or clearance (unless damaged or wrong)

  • Accessories and items marked as non-returnable on the product page

Important Notes

  • Returns requested for reasons other than damage or incorrect product will not be accepted

  • Ankishop reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions
